About Prairie Mountain Trading

Gary Shen

One of our key personnel is Mr. Gary Shen, a native Taiwanese who now resides in Edmonton, Alberta. Mr. Shen has over 30 years experience in the trading business and has dealt with a wide variety of products ranging from commodities to industrial equipment to household products. He is fluent in both English and Mandarin and has an excellent grasp of the business culture in both North America and Asia.

Dale Warick

Dale Warick has 18 years experience in trading between North America and Asia. He has built a strong network of agents in Taiwan and China/Hong Kong. Through his efforts Prairie Mountain has conducted trading transactions in areas such as agriculture, consumer goods, promotional items, hardware, construction products, motorcycle parts/accessories and scooters, to name a few. Dale is the past chair of the external advisory committee for the Asia Pacific Management Program offered at Grant MacEwan University and past chair of the Trading House Association of Western Canada.
