2. Working with reputable factories. We visit the factories we source from to ensure that quality control processes are adhered to, that specs are met and that you receive the best quality product possible.

3. Our relationships. With overseas business, it is often "who you know" that determines whether you succeed or fail in business. It takes years of hard work, knowledge of the culture, and patience to develop relationships which are critical to doing business overseas. As such, we have built our relationships on honesty, hard work and trust.

4. Sourcing custom products made to your specifications. Provide us with a drawings, sample or picture of your product or prototype and we can get it made, with assembly and custom packaging included.

Should you receive some defective parts (although we take many steps to avoid this) we also know how to get the problem resolved.
